OzCarSpares is an independent Australian guide to used car parts. We started
with a simple frustration: finding the right used part — and knowing whether
it’s actually the right one for your vehicle — is harder than it should be.
What we do
Plain-English guides. We research and write about engines, transmissions,
common faults and repair costs, focused on Australian vehicles and the
questions people actually ask before buying a used part. We draw on
manufacturer specifications, workshop resources and supplier data to keep
our guides accurate.
One enquiry, our whole wrecker network competes for it. Instead of
ringing wreckers one at a time, you send a single quote request through
our site. We’ve built relationships with wreckers and parts suppliers
across Australia — so your enquiry goes out to our network at once, they
compete for your business, and you get back real quotes to compare instead
of just one price to take or leave.
What we’re not
We don’t sell parts, we don’t hold stock, and we’re not a substitute for a qualified mechanic. Our guides are general information to help you make
a better-informed decision — always confirm fitment, diagnosis and repairs
with a licensed professional before spending money.

Where we give cost ranges, they’re general estimates to help you plan — not
quotes, and not a substitute for getting real prices for your specific
vehicle. We’re continuing to build out our team, including bringing on a
